Queen presents VS PINK new arrivals for this post designer brands…….

This week’s Friday’s Fashion Alert is my tenth FFA post and it comes during my travel week. I had a pretty decent travel experience in the US, from Maryland to North Carolina (All-Star Weekend), North Carolina to Tennessee, Tennessee to Georgia, Georgia to Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania back to Maryland. That’s the life of a multi-faceted woman living life while life is being lived.

Well during any travel whether its by plane, train, car or bicycle I would suggest to travel very comfortably. And that is what I did during my multi state travel via airplane. This fashion comes from Victoria Secrets PINK line. Just about everything I am wearing from head to legs (lol) are VS PINK.

My hat is from VS PINK GRL PWR logo black hat, it’s called the New Baseball Hat

My travel luggage is a Green & Brown set by Nicole Miller. The bag is a great carry-on for my laptop, iPad, wallet, sunglasses, iPhones (2), and travel details; while my suitcase is very large for all my fashionable essentials.

On this day it was raining, as you can see from the photo background. So of course, I’m wearing one of my fav fashion designers who recently passed away Karl Lagerfeld raincoat. I featured this raincoat attire during one of my previous FFA posts.

Below is a photo of me after arriving in North Carolina for All-Star Weekend. Of course after a flight, a restroom break is a must along with this selfie pic. As you see in my photo I’m rocking an army style print camouflage pink and green thermal top. Known as a Long Sleeve Waffle Tee  , underneath I am rocking a VS PINK black tank top and matching camouflage bra and undies to my waffle top. My green sweatpants are VS PINK with a limited edition VS PINK waist pack. I simple love waist packs during travel or being a mom time because you can keep all you main needed items close to you. For example in my waist pack you would find my second iPhone, louis Vuitton wallet credit cards/cash, air pods and YSL Lip gloss.  Now this waist pack is no longer available for sale; however VS PINK do have other waist pack styles available (Here). In my Nicole Miller carry-on bag you can get a glimpse of my VS PINK Cozy Collection item, Sherpa Cardigan in Cocoa Powder. This cardigan is such a great combination for traveling. I was never cold with this piece and its so cozy for travel naps too. A soft and snuggly layer! This reversible cardigan has super soft Sherpa on both sides in an oversized fit! It’s essential for the season. Approx. 32″ tunic length. Lastly, are my Karl Lagerfeld rain boots which came in handy not only for the rain but for my easy removal during airport metal detector examination.

I don’t usually post photos of my bra and undies but I wanted to share a special gift I received which are extreme limited Victoria Secret Diamond Encrusted straps Salmon Pink Bra and Apple Green Panties.
This was by far a very nice and well though gift. To give me such an intimate set displaying the colors of my sorority with diamond encrusted straps of my ONLY intimate wear brand. I’m very happy.

Unfortunately, I cannot share a link for this limited set because it was a special buy and find. I even checked with the department store rep and she said there’s no available sale for these items on the website. So thank you very much for my special set again.  I really like limited Shyt!

Friday’s Fashion Alert IX

Queen presents Black on Black with Silver lining designer brands…….

You show me a woman that don’t like Chanel and I will say the devil is a liar. This Friday’s Fashion Alert comes with a hefty price tag I should say. The pieces I’m wearing to create this fly and chill ensemble were purchased from different time periods in my life, therefore some items may be available for sale or discontinued.

As presented in the photo’s above and below you will find a lovely pair of Chanel logo diamond earrings. These lovely earrings were gifted to me by a great friend and today’s telecommunication inventor. I’m unsure the actual price for this pair but your more than welcome to click (Click) here for similar styles available for sale. My necklace is a bold look for identifying a Chanel Collector. This necklace is simple gorgeous and make head turn for sure. You can’t help but noticed how glisten the diamonds shines and of course it represents classic and sophisticated all in one necklace. Now let’s move to the beautiful CC logo bangle bracelet. Some of you may have seen this bracelet styled on multiple celebrities wrist to complete their fashionable fit. This bracelet is a Chanel clear 2017 pearl CC logo bangle cuff, which is an extreme rare bracelet. This bracelet have a hinged push clasp for closure with black, white and silver pearl accents. It fits a wrist size of approximately 6.50″ or smaller with silver metal type which is a rare and hard to find bracelet. I was fortunate to purchase this bracelet when it first hit the fashionable scene at a whopping $1500.00. Yes I know, what was I thinking but I was thinking what an investment to have plus a lovely addition to my Chanel Collection. You may find this similar bracelet on Tradesy website, which is a cool site for authentic designer brand items at an affordable price.

Now what’s an outfit decked with Chanel accessories but without the Chanel bag?

As you see in photo is my classic flap boy quilted with CC plexi clasp patent leather bag. The size of the bag is 5.9″L x 9.8″W x 3.5″H which is enough room for my wallet, cellphone, lipstick and keys. I love this bag shine appearance with the silver chain defiantly coordinates well with my look.

My one piece is from no other than Fashion Nova. And lastly are my very fashionable boots by Chanel. These boots are great for the winter snow season, especially since they are designed for that purpose and that’s to subdue the snow. I love these boots in particular for their match to my classic quilted bag. The boots are quilted exterior to match the look perfectly and they are so warm inside fit to keep a Queen fashionable while warm. Queen is Back on YouTube

That’s correct everyone! I’m officially back on YouTube with educational tutorial for all age groups to enjoy, listen, watch and learn.

As some of you may already know back in 2003 Diamond Images was founded and provided the typical photographer and videographer opportunities.

During this time the previous altar-ego/stage name was B.I.N.K. Barbie Doll

{B -Beautiful, I -Intelligent, N -Nonchalant, K -Kind-hearted}

This was the beginning for the creation of Queen Diamond. The B.I.N.K. Barbie Doll timeframe designed a network base, in addition to an introduction into the entertaining realm. During this time Nicki Minaj made being a “Barbie” entertaining, empowering and fly; however it was time to surpass the “Barbie” epidemic trend and create a self-owned identity, in which resulted with the creation of the lovely  Queen Diamond aka Diamond2Queen.

During this time nobody was identifying themselves as royals like Queen’s & King’s. I mean nobody was referring to themselves as such and the few of us that been in this life, already know what being a royal is about. As a matter of fact, Nicki Minaj even started her Queen identity, as well as so many other female celebs. I supposed the ladies were tired of being a Barbie too and knew that being a Queen is more classic. But at the end of the day, it was I (Queen Diamond Diamond2Queen) who originated the Queen movement, check the timeline…Queen Diamond is not a title, it’s a way of life. I carry myself as royalty because I work hard to be on top. I will admit, it is flattering watching everybody and their mama jump on the royalty bandwagon by labeling themselves as Queen’s & King’s. Especially since I know I was part of the “Original Royals” dropping the Queen stamp like no other traditional Queen of Queen’s. LOL You see, a Queen sits back and watch her peasants dance and prance around for entertainment. That’s why it’s even more hilarious when an entertainer labeled themselves as royalty….I mean….entertainers are just that…..entertainers…..so go do what you do best and that’s entertain the Queen!

During this time of transition Diamond Images captured B.I.N.K. Barbie Doll passing the torch over to Queen Diamond as carrying on the B.I.N.K. Barbie Doll Land Channel. Needless to say Queen Diamond was already considering a new name for the show. Check out the skit below:

Oprah Winfrey

(born Orpah Gail Winfrey); January 29, 1954) is an American media executive, actress, talk show host, television producer and philanthropist. She is best known for her talk show The Oprah Winfrey Show, which was the highest-rated television program of its kind in history and was nationally syndicated from 1986 to 2011 in Chicago. Dubbed the “Queen of All Media”, she was the richest African American of the 20th century and North America’s first black multi-billionaire, and has been ranked the greatest black philanthropist in American history.She has also been sometimes ranked as the most influential woman in the world.
Winfrey was born into poverty in rural Mississippi to a teenage single mother and later raised in inner-city Milwaukee. She has stated that she was molested during her childhood and early teens and became pregnant at 14; her son was born prematurely and died in infancy. Winfrey was then sent to live with the man she calls her father, Vernon Winfrey, a barber in Tennessee, and landed a job in radio while still in high school. By 19, she was a co-anchor for the local evening news. Winfrey’s often emotional, extemporaneous delivery eventually led to her transfer to the daytime talk show arena, and after boosting a third-rated local Chicago talk show to first place, she launched her own production company and became internationally syndicated.

Oprah’s Angel Network
In 1998, Winfrey created the Oprah’s Angel Network, a charity that supported charitable projects and provided grants to nonprofit organizations around the world. Oprah’s Angel Network raised more than $80,000,000 ($1 million of which was donated by Jon Bon Jovi). Winfrey personally covered all administrative costs associated with the charity, so 100% of all funds raised went to charity programs. In May 2010, with Oprah’s show ending, the charity stopped accepting donations and was shut down.

In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Oprah created the Oprah Angel Network Katrina registry which raised more than $11 million for relief efforts. Winfrey personally gave $10 million to the cause. Homes were built in Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama before the one-year anniversary of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

In 2004, Winfrey and her team filmed an episode of her show, Oprah’s Christmas Kindness, in which Winfrey travelled to South Africa to bring attention to the plight of young children affected by poverty and AIDS. During the 21-day trip, Winfrey and her crew visited schools and orphanages in poverty-stricken areas, and distributed Christmas presents to 50,000 children, with dolls for the girls and soccer balls for the boys, and school supplies. Throughout the show, Winfrey appealed to viewers to donate money to Oprah’s Angel Network for poor and AIDS-affected children in Africa. From that show alone, viewers around the world donated over $7,000,000. Winfrey invested $40 million and some of her time establishing the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in Henley on Klip south of Johannesburg, South Africa. The school set over 22 acres, opened in January 2007 with an enrollment of 150 pupils (increasing to 450) and features state-of-the-art classrooms, computer and science laboratories, a library, theatre, and beauty salon. Nelson Mandela praised Winfrey for overcoming her own disadvantaged youth to become a benefactor for others. Critics considered the school elitist and unnecessarily luxurious. Queen’s Dating Online Experience

Have you ever wondered why people use online sites or applications for dating?

Have you ever met someone from an online site and had a successful and loving relationship?

Well the other day I was having a conversation with a Soror (Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.) and she was telling me about all these apps to meet people such as POF, Tinder and Soul Swipe.

See, I’m not nor have I ever been into the online match dating because you just never know what your going to get. I mean dating someone from online is more scary than meeting the same stranger in a store. The difference is in a store you know who you are meeting off the jump but from online site you have no clue if the photos of the person are current or even them period.

Fortunately, I never really needed an online dating site to meet someone but due to my crazy life/work schedule at the time, I figured why not use a convenient method such as “swiping” who I’m interested with and see what happens.

 

So here is my experience: 

I met one man who was around 40 years of age (what was displayed), worked in the Federal Government, had two kids and divorced, lived alone in a 3-story home with two vehicles. We had great conversations through the app and decided to take the conversation to texting then to talking on the phone. Well of course when you start exchanging numbers, you also want to start exchanging photos to confirm who you are communicating with is in fact the same person from the app. Well everything checked out great and it was that time to scheduled our very own planned date.

Date Time:

So he suggested to have the date on a horse farm near mountains since he already knew I love to go horseback riding (ask about my riding skills). The date location was a great spot and I arrived a little late due to the fashionably late excuse. LOL. Once I arrived I was looking around for this gentlemen that I met from an online site. Finally I will be able to hug the man that’s been so interesting and delighting over the phone.

When I finally locked eyes on the man from the online site I realized I been CATFISHED.

For the ones that is unfamiliar with the term CATFISHED, well Urban Dictionary says:

“Being deceived over facebook as the deceiver professed their romantic feelings to his/her victim, but isn’t who they say they are.
Having a fake facebook profile, images and avatar in order to lure people to have romantic feelings. They are then catfished when the victim realizes the person they have felled for via facebook is not who they APPEAR to be.”

I mean this man was sending me photos of himself, but they were photos of himself from 20 years ago during his youthful years. So when I arrived expecting to meet the man I been seeing in those photos, I did meet him just a grandfather version of him. Well he greeted me with two dozen of long stemmed pink roses and a pair of Franco Sarto’s riding boots. I was shocked in so many ways, one of course was the fact that I was CATFISHED, and the other was the fact that I was greeted with flowers and new shoes for horseback riding.

We had an amazing time! We went horseback riding through the mountains and had dinner by fire in a log cabin restaurant. The day/evening was so romantic and wonderful. By the time we departed I was feeling like I was on cloud 50 Billion. Although the man was not 100% with the photo image he was creating for me, I still had a great time for my first online app experience.

After the date do you think I continued to date the gentlemen again or do you think I cut all ties from him since he was not fully honest from the beginning?
